Pleased for him, he is gaining some very valuable experience. Hope he stays there for a few years and irons out his mistakes.

I only saw bits of the game but it looked like Rangers bossed it. It at least looks like there might be some sort of title race this year, not really sure how much of that is due to Rangers (and other sides) improving and how much it is due to Celtic falling back. I guess Celtic are still favourites for the title but I doubt it will be a procession.

Never really had an interest in Scottish football but being from Ireland it is assumed that I support Celtic. Really winds me up that I "have" to because I am Irish etc. Really really want Stevie and Rangers to win the league, if no then Kilmarnock.

Wow. The one they missed was very soft, Defoe looked a bit embarrassed by the award. First was fair enough, and the other 2 were at least fouls, just not necessarily in the box. I'd give the handball one as he handled twice, once out and once in the box; not sure the advantage rule works like that but it probably should.

Morellos sent off last night. AGAIN...!!!
4th red for him this season 3 against Aberdeen.
9 for Rangers so far. Hunting down double figures.
Rangers also awarded their 5th pen in just 2 games.

So apparently one of his players was abused by Celtic fans last week, when asked about it, he didn't want to talk about sectarianism.
Rightly or wrongly, Rangers fans are homing in on this. Messy.

I don't know anything about his qualities other than his great scoring numbers, but I'd love it if we added a dirty little cheating cunt to our attack again, we've missed one since Suarez
Minus all the sendings-off.

Taking my kids to Hearts v Dundee Utd tonight. After a summer of Champions League glory it is about time to expose them to the real thing

I guess when it’s not on your doorstep it’s a tough sell..? You need to regale them with tales of John Hewitt, Neale Cooper, Eric Black et al. Aberdeen were quite a team back then.
Was quite a decent game, but played under biblical rain. We were sat on the front row and the design off the stand meant the water was pooling in the roof and then absolutely pouring onto the front row. Second row, bone dry it was ridiculous.
We watched the first half getting absolutely drenched but I managed to get us moved for the second. Architect wants a slap
Game was ‘ok’ some new signings for Hearts. Played some good football but need someone to stick it in the net.
Only cost £18 for the three of us so a decent night out. It’s some pre season cup so they finished it with a penalty shoot out as it was 1-1 which was entertaining.
