Adapt? Play him and see what happens. If we concede so what, we won't score anyway.

Robertson and Fab weren't regulars for a good few months. They played at a much higher level than Davies prior to his move yet your wanting to throw Davies straight in?

Heís not a dick head, heís just been ruined by that multiple ligament rupture.

Itís a massive shame for him, he looked like he was going to be incredible for us until that happened.

If life was normal I'd maybe fuck it off and go do something fun. As it is there's absolutely fuck all to do other than go for a(nother) walk, so here we are. Purgatory.

Blame VAR - they keep drawing those fucking lines right across our players limbs and it's injuring them. FFS.

Yes 100%. Although it's probably too late now. He had been playing regular for Preston, match fit and confident. He's now been sitting on his arse for 5 weeks.

What's so hard about playing a centre back at centre back that has some games under his belt?

Why throw Kabak in when he's come from a relegation team in Germany and he looked shit then let alone coming into a new country and an out of form team aged just 20. He's the bigger risk.

Tell me someone on twitter is just taking the piss with these injuries in defence now? Because if true as far as I can tell this is our CB pecking order:

VVD - out for season
Gomez - out for season
Matip - out for season
Fabinho - just back from injury
Henderson - out until May
Kabak - injured?
Phillips - injured?
Davies - just back from injury?
Rhys Williams - available

Stuck inside unable to go anywhere, see anyone, fortunately we have alot of LFC games to get us through unfortunately we are probably on the worst run of form in living memory

He was unlucky with that horrible injury for sure- but that was 3 years ago! If he hasnít rehabilitated by now, itís on him, in my book.

We are riddled with injuries, and are playing midfielders in defense... and Ox still canít get in the starting 11! Heís kept out of the team, by the apprentice, Curtis Jones! Jones earns £7,500 a week (similar salary to myself). Chamberlain is getting £120k per week! ie 16 times Curtis Jonesí salary! I say get rid of him and use the saved money to make gini an offer he canít refuse, Don Corleone style!

That’s not how injuries work, and he just came back from a 2nd serious knee injury 3 months ago.

He could have done everything possible in his rehabilitation, but that doesn’t guarantee you get back to anything like the level you were before.

I'd worry for Gomez as well. The state of his knee looks shocking.

Are Gomez and Ox close to the end of their contracts? We need to get them off the wages asap, even or specially when they are fully fit and ready to play.

Same goes for Shaq, Keita and Origi. This is going to be a tough summer with even less money and so many replacements.

Yaaa fair enough, he might be doing everything right in his rehab, but the reality is since that first long injury, heís never reproduced the kind of form we saw before it, and I donít think he ever will.. If we have a fully fit squad, I donít think ox even makes the bench! Yet heís one of our biggest earners- earning more than Mane, Gini, Trent, Robbo, etc..

Same goes for Naby. Theyíve both had their chance and have blown it. Too expensive to be 6th and 7th choice midfielders

But, unless the owners are going to go for broke - and they wisely haven't been inclined to do that to date - we just cannot afford many new players (even two centre backs, one midfielder and one strike is more than we dare hope) so it is either Bosmans or gentle transition unless we get alot for the players you mention, which just seems unlikely when money is tight for everyone.
