He was brilliant for Leeds then went downhill from there.

He was brilliant for Leeds, he was a brilliant footballer but injuries did for him which is not his fault. He gets some fearsome stick, especially on Twitter, and though he seems to take it well I feel a bit sorry for him. I will always remember being on the beach in Nice and finding out we'd signed him. I was insanely excited. Good luck to him in his retirement.

According to the BBC Gossip thing, formerly dodgy but now apparently decent defender Gabriel Paletta is now Juve's top summer target. Still has ladies hair though.

He was a bit of a highlights player at Leeds, prone to disappear for large periods of games before popping up with a winner or goal. He actually started his LFC career like a man on life - he looked the real deal. Sadly, Houllier's team fell apart and then the injuries struck. Still he married an actress so he wins.

I am sure Udinese and Watford have some kind of partnership, so that would explain it? Still is a WTF move though.

Steve McNulty - anyone remember him? Was captain of our U19s side in the Houllier era. Left the club in 2003. Anyone who played Champ Manager may remember him.
He now plays for Luton, who have just won promotion to the Football League. McNulty will be playing League 2 football next season.
LOL

He was on Football Focus last Saturday. I remember posting somewhere that their manager was like Terry Tibbs and that their centre half had more chins than me.
