I think you mean support who is in the shirt, not slag off every player who occasionally doesnt score every game or perform bicycle kick goals every game.

By supporting this club you should take the view that no matter who plays you support them, perhaps then we wouldnt have so many players have confidence problems.

Peter Crouch may not be Thierry Henry but i back him because he gives his all for LFC, as long as every player does that fans should be happy.

You know the way we all thought we won yesterday, and played the Champions off the park at the same time? Well it ws actually a mass hallucination and we lost 8 - 0, Crouchie scored 3 og's.

I'm not a blinkered Crouch lover but you do him a great injustice by simply writing him off as you do. If for no other reasons than his goals and assists I would have thought he would have earned your respect as a valuable squad member. I personally have my doubts as to wether he would be a regular started in a championship winning team, but to come on the day after a match in which the opposition manager singled him out as a player who he was worried about before the game and who in the game gave their defence constant problems seems a bit odd.

Crouch is a very good player. He presents an unusual challenge to defenders and as such is a valuable asset to us. I really find it quite perplexing when people slate him an I will happily admit his flaws. I just think this sort of attack on a player with no evidence presented or alternatives suggested, or indeed any form of reasoning given is grosely unfair.

I just see whats in front of me, slow, inneffective, 6ft 7in, can't run, can't muscle anyone off the ball, can't head a ball with any direction or power?
