Erm, I actually thought the COMPLETE opposite about Lucas, I believe he's going to be a star, he can ping balls long and short, he's got great vision and ball control and is very composed?!

You can't judge a player that only plays max one game a month. He won't be match fit when he get the chance.

He played a good game when you consider the above.

I think I agree with Sean. I said at the end of the match thread that in general I thought he had a decent game, and far too often he tried to up the tempo with a ball only to find the intended receiver was dawdling. That team looked very disjointed, especially in the first half, but I didn't see him as being particularly responsible for that.

Lucas should have been running the show against a load of painters and decorators, not giving the ball away and getting caught out of postition all game.

His vision is superb, he's a master when it comes down to short crosses and he MUST get more offensive. The goal we've seen was absolutely superb!

he didnt become a bad defender overnight, rusty i would say, quite consistent for a long time now, hasnt lost pace, can cross a ball (not many of our team can), not finished just yet

he didnt become a bad defender overnight, rusty i would say, quite consistent for a long time now, hasnt lost pace, can cross a ball (not many of our team can), not finished just yet
