    100 players WSTK

It's now down to the final 5; which looks like:

Dalglish, Rush, Gerrard, Fowler and Barnes.

Which order would you put them in?

    5-Fowler
    4-Barnes
    3-Gerrard
    2-Rush
    1-KING KENNY

      5 - Barnes
      4 - Fowler
      3 - Gerrard
      2 - Rush
      1 - Dalglish

Even tho Fowler didn't win the title (yet), his overall contribution and impact was greater than Barnes'.

          4 - Fowler
          5 - Barnes
3 - Gerrard (not far off overtaking the 2 above him though)
          2 - Rush
          1 - Dalglish

If Gerrard wins the title a few times then maybe he'll go above Rush but above KING KENNY..no chance

              Its a fair point!

But say we win the Premierleague 3 times in the next 6 years whilst SG is still at the club. A few FA and League cups, and in 2012 Gerrard retires to take a coaching role. And THEN we win some more titles with Gerrard as manager. No, player manager. And in that time we also win number 6 and 7.

Then! Then, will he go above The King?!

I was so pleased that Bill Liddell was so high at number 6. For a player that most voting would never have seen play, its a truely astonishment achievement. I'm well too young (honest) to have seen him but I've heard countless stories from older fans about his brilliance.

Would I have got married during the football season ?
                  Anyway, it was Rochdale reserves.'

well it's gonna go down to how many medals he won compared to Kenny, innit
you might as well regard him as the greatest manager of all time then if he wins all that..

There is no way that Fowler comes ahead of Rush or Barnes. Gerrard and Kenny speak for themselves.

If 1975 alludes to your age that would explain that silly comment

I'm amazed that fowler is in the top 5 to be honest. Great talent that he is, he has wasted much of the natural talent he was given. In truth much of the fowler popularity relates to his attitude of the pitch. To many fans his 4 finger salute at Man utd fans seems to mean more than the achievements of others on the pitch.

i'm not knocking Robbie but strictly speaking his contribution as a player shouldn't put him anywhere near the top 5 of LFC players.
