oh dear - Leeds are in real danger of going down. I thought Wise would be able to turn it around quicker judging on the good work he did at Millwall and Swindon but he's struggling big time.
Being somewhat of a football traditionalist I'd like to see Leeds back in the top tier of English football - but it's not gonna happen anytime soon.

On the other hand - Sheffield Wednesday are flying under Brian Laws and are going the right way to emulate Palace's rise up the league and subsequent play-off win to gain promotion.

I work with a Leeds fan and he just can't belive what's happened to them. From the play-offs to relegation fodder in one season!

I like Leeds.

When you look back at their squad 5 years ago, its amazing to see only one player remains and he is leaving at the end of the year to retire in Ireland...Gary Kelly.

Kewell, Dacourt, Viduka, Smith, Milner, Keane, Fowler, Bridges, Woodgate, Ferdinand, Mills, Carson, Harte, Barmby, Robinson, Lennon...I'm sure there are more, all good players who were sold because Ridsdale ****ed up.

And now, here they are about to drop out of the 1st Div unless they can pull it around...which is unlikely.

Bates has done well to be fair but his appointment of Wise...well wasnt very was it.

I having been watching Leeds slipping up and hoping more and more that they'll actually go down. I've hated them ever since I lived there for a couple of years and went to Elland Road a few times only to see them booing their own black players when they scored and that kind of ****. Nasty *******s. May they rot in League One for a few years.
