Just about to post the same thing, but couldn't stop myself from smirking, so I took the dogs for a walk to clear my head and carried out some self flagellation before I composed myself, only to have been beaten to the post.

Shame I suppose, not that I would wish an injury on anyone, and I feel like **** having smirked, but you know when a victim falls off the stretcher and you laugh, cos well it is funny, but not thinking about the poor sod really, that's kinda what I'm getting at.

Went through the same before posting myself mate. I thought "if I'd seen some c**t laughing at Cisse's misfortune, I'd have been pretty annoyed". Well, I didn't laugh, I just said he was unlucky! And I didn't insinuate, imply or infer any ill will.

              Um...

Hope he makes a full recovery so we can see Sissoko chop him in half, so to speak.

The Alan Smith moment also springs to mind, and the furore that followed, god was I embarrassed.

Sometimes as fans, as all football fans do, we do go that bit too far, I'm just glad I was sat on my fat ass in front of the TV at the time and could think it through!

I don't think football needs figures that are a danger to other footballers (injure them).

No one deserve breaking their leg though.

He won't recover now as he sees what awaits him He'll rather get his other leg broken than get momo'd!

I think all this is uncalled for!

Yes, Savage is probably the most 'hated' footballer around, but I like him - he always gives his all and I bet most if not all fans of his side loves him.

It's never nice to laugh and joke about someone's misfortune, especially when someone has a serious injury.

Shame on you all - call yourselves LFC fans?! :whatever:
