Better get used to the USA results... we're family now...
USA 2-0 Mexico, Conrad (53') and Donovan (90')
Sorry, I know no one gives two tosses, especially since Tim Howard was in goal for us, but it feels sooooo good to beat the over-rated Mexicans with our makeshift side. That's 733 minutes we've held Mexico without a goal on US soil. After the World Cup performance, this is a nice way to get back on track with a new (interim) manager. I don't see this system or Bob Bradley as Manager taking us to the next level (wish we would have hired Klinsmann), but he's 2-0 (5 goals scored, one conceded)... not a bad start.
Mexico refuses to shake hands after the match, lots of ugly play, but I'll take it. We're the only team in the world who plays AWAY at home (64,000 showed up in Arizona, 40K probably Mexican supporters), so its nice to dominate Mexico again.
Ok, back to your whinging about McClaren...
