From what I remember that night they couldn't get the gardai into the stadium and when they got in they had to run out again and get riot gear - it was a complete shambles - it was kicking off before the game aswell and they were just separated and pushed on into the stadium. I remember thinking that night that this was going to be our Hillsborough - thankfully I was wrong - but it was only for the grace of God.Originally posted by ronan View PostComment
