Capello on the verge of quitting? Or not?

    Madrid deny Capello quit reports

Real Madrid have denied Spanish media reports that coach Fabio Capello was planning to leave the club this week.

Spain's Cope radio station said Capello would sit on the bench for Tuesday's Champions League match against Bayern Munich before leaving the club.

"We were very surprised by the reports that appeared in the media," club spokesman Miguel Angel Arroyo said.

"It hardly contributes to the right atmosphere on the eve of such an important match as tomorrow's game."

Arroyo added: "Reports like this only serve to destabilise the club and we'd like to express our surprise and dismay about this type of report.

"In this world you can assure very few things, but I can guarantee that that the board has not received any resignation from Fabio Capello either verbally or in written form."

I want him to do a beast of a job at Madrid and win the league with them. That way we wont have all this "Rafa to Madrid" lark right through until the summer

Madrid are like any employer. They kick a fuss if one of their employees leave cos he/she has another opportunity(Beckham for example) BUT they will be happy to fire people and tell em bye bye to suit their needs.
Capellos is knobjocky pure & simple. Used to be good manager, now just collecting to have a safe retirement.

Im very surprised at Capello i have him up in the top 3 managers in the world and he's just been a big disappointment for Real this year. He's lost the plot Real is a bigger joke now then i has been over the last few years.

Rafa aint stupid he wont touch Real until they're is proper people in charge.

Real's problems started when they sacked Del Bosque even that they won the league.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

yeah why do they do that he had built an excellent side up! there seems to be to much interference from the directors and chairman at that club!

Real are ****ing mental though. Anyone read Macca's book about his time there? Really good read. It shows you how mad it is on the inside of that club.

Everything is image, image, image, and although Capello has tried to change that it can't be done overnight.

I'm gonna watch their game with Bayern tonight (maybe flicking to Celtic-Milan every now and again) because I can't be arsed with the Man U and Arsenal games.
