Pirlo, Kaka and Gattuso have all been off form, having been forced to play without rest and without time to recover from injuries. Others have been forced to play through the pain barrier/rushed back etc, like Inzaghi, Gilardino, Seedorf. They are currently suffering another injury crisis especially in their defence. Maldini for example should not have played today, he has a knee injury but forced himself to play because Nesta/Kaladze are still out. But they should be back for the next round. And gourcuff and inzaghi should be fully recovered by then...
And CL and 4th place are the only things left for them to play for this season. I won't put it past Ancelotti to rest EVERYBODY in order to ensure CL progress from now on.
I do NOT want AC Milan. They always play well against good teams and are **** against smaller sides. They underestimated Celtic again like they did Deportive Coruna in 2004, us in 2005, and Lyon in 2006. But they won't make that mistake against with us again. If they face Liverpool, they will be out for blood. They have not forgotten 2005 not by any stretch of the imagination. And they still have the ability to hurt us if they get their heads right...
No ta! I prefer PSV or Roma or Valencia or even Bayern....
Of course now that I have posted this, we'd probably get them!
