Apparently, his family history is made up of two clans, the Vennegors and the Hesselink.
'Of' in dutch, means 'or'.
So by dropping one of the names, he'd be discrediting one half of his ancestors.
I'd just have 'Jan' put on the back of the shirt and feck both families.

It's a marraige of 2 families, Jan Vennegoor /OR/ Hesselink is more to an English translation.

The way he's playing he's discrediting both
