You could hardly play 10 or 12 qualifiers (plus 2 or 3 friendlies) during June and July.

2 a week for 6 weeks, sounds good to me

By not having internationals during the season you effectively shorten the season by 5-6 weeks ( I make).

Therefore either season can start in September or End in early April.

Yeah and the players still play the same amount of games over the same period so it makes no odds if its internationals all at once or spread out.
