    McClown Out?

After the dust has settled from the last couple of games, do you think we should get shot of him now or give him a few more games?

IMO he should never have been appointed in the first place and so the sooner he goes the better. He has one tactic which is be defensive until you go behind and then stick 5 up front and hope for the best

The faith he shows in Downing beggars belief also :whatever:

He should go, but he should so very obviously never have been appointed in the first place.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Shouldn't have been appointed, however the FA have to back the manager otherwise they are even bigger idiots.

The best situation that could arise is if McClaren quit and owned up to the fact that tactically he's inept.

I think they will look worse if they don't act decisively now and as a consequence of their inactivity we don't qualify.

I don't remember English people having someone they appreciated as their national football team manager.

Barwick and the rest of the idiots who employed him should go too. Fooked up Wembley (overspending, delayed etc) fooked up trying to hire Big Phil, fooked up with Sven several times and then employed someone who clearly is not cut out to run the national team.

I appreciated Bobby, and also for a time Terry Vegitables, however, I would hate it now if he were promoted to be manager. His type are outdated now.

I would have appreciated Scolari if the FA hadn't have acted like a bunch of clowns and appointed one.

I can't remember the English FA and its football team, not being qualified as a bunch of clowns. So, does it reflect the true reality ? Or are the fans too fickle so as not to believe what bollocks the press is saying ?

He should stay so Carra and Stevie gets some extra rest 2008.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

The FA is a poorly run organisation. If they had been a business it would have gone bust, or more likely, everyone in charge would have been romoved and replaced with competant individuals.

McLaren was destined to fail because the FA did such a monumental cock up in the first place and the press pounced on that ... McLaren was just the 'second choice'. My personal opinion: The press and fans should lay off the guy and let him get on with his work.

I'd like to see McLaren stay for at least the Euro 2008 qualifiers and quite possibly the 2010 World Cup qualifiers.

                              He's just misunderstood.
