Seeing as how I am stuck watching this game (satellite provider not carrying LFC) thought I would give an update. Pirlo scored a nice arching header over Rensing (who has played well BTW) to put the Italians 1 - 0 up at the 40' mark. Milan are really applying the pressure, and BM have been poor going forward.

Bayern draw level at the 77' mark. Cross in, scramble for ball sees van buyten (spp?) put it in from about 6 yards out. BM do not deserve to be level. The midfield of AC Milan dictated much of the play throughout this game, displaying good ball movement, and closing down the BM attackers. Even when BM could advance the ball they were unable to sustain any pressure.
