Roma is responsible for crowd policing. That's UEFA's rules, unless United fans are found to be guilty. All I've seen is Italian police beating the **** out of one or two United fans, one was covered with blood.

The united fans aren't completely without blame, the only ones who would have got a beating would have been the ones who charged at the Roma fans when they were goading them after the goal.
