I've only seen the first few seconds of that video, and from that it looks to me that after their team scores the Roma fans run towards the perspex partition to goad the scum fans. To be honest it is quite a hostile act - but given the scum fans are divided from them by a perspex partition and a wall of riot police, why the Scummers think it is a good idea to charge at the Roma fans is beyond my comprehension.
