Thanjk you.

I will have a flat full of Germans again tomorrow all supporting Bayern, even though none of them is a north Italian. Shame they're going to have to watch LFC v PSV.
They are not doing so well in the league, but in Europe, they have had some tough draws and have had some top results, esp in San Siro, the old German Resiliance really came through and now they have to be faves to go through to the semis;.
They're still in with a realistic chance of the Bundesliga title, and seemed to have turned the corner in terms of performance.
I still reckon Schalke or Bremen will win the league, but it's very unpredictable this year and hence the title race is exciting.
They're a dangerous team who are coming in to form at exactly the right time and Hitzfeld is a very capable, experienced manager.
Just when I discovered the meaning of life, they changed it
I think the way the draw has been made, we'll be the 'away' side in Athens so if we play Bayern, we'll be in yellow
Why would we wear yellow?
Even if we were to be the away side (which surely cannot have been decided yet), we would no doubt wear our European Away Kit, which is white.

yea hitzfeld seems to have turned them around already. they where superd against schalke the other week and seem to be getting better. i think milan have a better chance than people are giving them. milan were miles better in the first leg. Van buyten is fookin crucial for them. hes been there best player by far this year. great player

Really? He looked a total carthorse for City.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

true, but I think they've left it a bit late to make that break, Schalke and Sttugart are a bit too far ahead. but Hitzfeld is a wily coach and I agree wtih your commnets about them being a dangerous side.

We wore yellow away against PSV - I'd forgotten about the white kit though and you're right, against Bayern, we'd be probably be in white
From what I can remember when the quarter final draw was made, the half of the draw featuring Liverpool, Valencia etc., would be the 'away' side in the final.

Oh, ok. I can't say tbh - I just have a feeling that the decision as to who were the away team in Istanbul was made just before the Final. Let's hope that we're stilll talking about these trivialities come May 3rd, eh?
