    United/Roma = Argentina/Serbia?

For me, Roma fell apart both tactically and mentally as soon as the 2nd goal went in last night.

This is exactly what Serbia did against Argentina in the WC last year. They got 6 goals put past them and everyone was saying the Argentina would win it. People forgot how Argentina struggled to beat the Ivory Coast and then drew with Holland. They needed extra time and a wonder goal to beat Mexico and limped out on pens to the Germans.

United struggled through their group stage, finishing 2nd. They struggled past a poor Lille side with a dodgy free kick and a 1-0 at home. Looked very poor in the Olympiss Stadium a week ago, yet looked like world beaters last night. This was more to do with Roma than United.

They'll get beat in the semi, no probs

utd were good and started the game well but roma were pathetic no backbone at all. no team in a champions league quarter final should be leaking 7 goals, fcuking disgracefull italian football is really on the slide! still i would be very surprised if utd beat milan or munich!
I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me Superman.

I think United have peaked too soon.

utd will stroll over ac wit 2 or 3 goals in 2 legs. ac milan are half the side the were in 2005, with stam and Shevchenko gone. milan is simply not good enough in attack nor defence to beat man u. only chance is if kaka has a stormer in both games...
