I thought thats what they were singing mate but I've been listening intently during the game and I am pretty certain it is not this version they are singing??? Anyone any ideas?

The version of the song they were singing today, and most of the time recently, was about Ronaldo, not us. Something like:

they may also have sung the other versions. I wasn't paying too much attention.
