Mitre Deltas for me, although Puma released a black ball in the late 80s that I loved, but the name escapes me. Summat like Puma Diablo. It wasn't Diablo...summat like that though.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Choose the sword, and you will join me. Choose the ball and you join your mother, in death. You don’t understand my words, but you must choose. So… come boy, choose life or death."

Taking penalties on the school yard at lunch time and hitting the corner flag with a blaster as you toeyd (SP?) it. Then getting abuse off your mates who would shout, "Spoony, Spoony, Spoony".

The Wembley Trophy. It was like kicking a cannonball but it was the one that I remember most from my youth.

Getting one full in the face or side of the legs in winter was no fun, neither was trying to fix a puncture by welding it back together with a bone handled knife, and getting clouted for wrecking the best butter knife.

If you're Irish, is there any chance the spoons were EPNS?
