Keane knew he was never going to play for Ireland in Japan. He always knows exactly what he is doing and used the situation in his favor. I, like many other Irish people, have kept an eye on Sunderland and glad to see them promoted but that's where it ends. I am a Liverpool fan and Keane has an eye on the mancs job so there is no way I am going to wish him well.Did you see the size off those chickens?

Is the correct answerOriginally posted by johnp View PostEven if he felt he was ambushed (and by the sounds of things he was by Mick, Quinn, Kelly etc) how can you walk away from your country at anytime, let alone when they need you most?
I'd give my left leg (coz my right is my good one) to play for Ireland. That guy chose not to.
Great player and all that, but I can't forgive him.
Personally I like to see any Irish person do well and credit where it's due he has done a good job up there and he had fantastic ability as a player but he'll always be a traitor in my mind
