Sorry, not having that, not when they are up against a giant of European football with a pedigree, a bit like ours even, united away in Europe are just trash, see their record this millennium, it is seriously awful, just awful.Originally posted by Mumsafan View PostThey are just so jammy
Nope, I am now quietly confident Milan will be our opponents in Athens.

Hello Shelly, long time no see.Originally posted by shelly View PostYes but the ref hopefully won't fall for it, not with this San Siro crowd and neither will Gattuso. If he thinks someone is acting, he will go over and pull them to their feet
Plus he's matched in the acting department by the Rossoneri
Sandro's not too bad at playing innocent or making sure the ref realizes he's been fouled. Pippo goes down at the slightest contact and Kaka knows exactly how to milk a foul.
All true - but Milan don't need to cheat because they're comfortably ahead. I think Ronaldo is the most likely to start playing up as things stand, after all he is very immature emotionally. Come to think of it, he provided one of my fondest football memories 2 years ago, when he tried to start a fight with Cafu in a CL semi final. Cafu just laughed at him and made him look about 2 foot tall.Liverpool FC über alles.

United recovered from 2-0 down to beat Juventus away in 1999.

Even if they did this defence should hold as long as they keep their focus.Originally posted by TheStig View PostThe worry is that Milan sit back. I think they will.
Kala Nesta is a proven partnership. Bonera Nesta from last week was not and with Dida behind them, dear god! Bonera is not good enough.. Now the question is is Oddo going to be able to hold Ronaldo or do we need to get Cafu on?
Also as long as the Milan midfield keep hassling like they have been, Milan should be ok as long as Ambro and Rino stay on and not tire too quickly (ie hoping Gattuso is fitter than I think he might be).
THey might move to counterattacking and that's exactly what Pippo is built for. Gila is not

We know that better than anyone, but i'm confident that Milan will win this oneOriginally posted by fredo View PostBut the match ain't finished. Prizes are not given at half time buddy.
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

2nd point, have you checked their record this millennium even, they have no stomach for away matches.

I remember that, it was a round of 16 wasn't it?
Rooney screamed at Maldini and paolo petted his head. LOL
No I just don't think this extremely experienced Milan midfield/defence would allow/fall for ronaldo's bull****. Maybe Bonera but he's not playing
I also strongly think that UEFA does not want an all english final

The big problem last week was Gattuso going off, which was a massive loss for Milan, andwas perhaps why we didn't get the "real" idea of Milan's defence.
Still worried about Man U though
