Pearce is a Champioship manager at best, just like Dowie is. Citeh will be sold soon and no doubt the owners want a houshold name.

Pearce gone? Not surprised at all. A bit suss that Shianwatra says he will takeover the club soon and then the manager is kicked out. Thaksin (who wanted to buy us) was seen at Eastalnds about 1 hour before Pearce was sacked.

        Corradi

        Vassell
to name a few have been very poor.
Mpenza has done a job for them, but in general I agree with you. I think he has failed to use their youth very well, which would probably have been a better option than Corradi or Dickov.

They have been very good defencively.

The strikers he signed were simply bad bad choices. And then he persisted with them (Samaras and corradi) instead of playing Dickov and vassell who would have contributed much more. He shouldn't have let Cole go either.

City should have ****ed Pearce off the minute he went against their wishes and took the England U21 job.

I'm inclined to believe that Jewell is just dissilusioned with fighting relegation and maybe a while out of the game would be good for him.

LOL, that'll really sort out their goalscoring problems.

On the positive side he might buy Cisse off us, if he's given a wedge by the mass murderer.

He's done well at Parma this year in a relegation fight, so he might be an ideal target. No idea how happy he is there though.
