    The Sopranos - RTE2 Thurs or Not FFS!!!

    WTF are RTE up to?!?!?!?

    The new and final series of The Sopranos has been advertised as starting on RTE2 at 10pm on this Thursday (17th May)

    I even had it set to record with a series link on me Sky+ box the other day. THEN me bro rings me and says "Are you sure The Sopranos is on Thursday?? cos in the Sky Listings it has the movie 'Road Trip' on at 9:30pm on Thursday!!" I thought he had lost his marbles cos I had already set me Sky+ to record it

    So I then goes and checks me Sky+ planner and lo and behold the ****in' Sopranos is gone!!?!?!? I then checked the listings again and guess what? Yep, ****in' 'Road Trip' is on RTE2 at 9:30pm on Thursday!!!

    I've checked the RTE website and found the following two pages, one says the Sopranos is on on Thursday but the ****in' listings say different?!??!

    Has anyone read or heard of a reason for the programme change (The Sopranos was deffo in the Sky listings a few days ago) or is it just a listings error?

      So did I mate, that's the problem.

      If you have Sky, check the listings again and you'll see it's been removed for some reason and replaced with ****in' 'Road Trip'

      I can't wait for it to start either, it's without doubt the best thing on tv over the past few years

          Ah check the RTE website again Paul, cancel for a week due to election coverage, gonna be next thursday now for the new season.

            I'm on nights this week and I was ****tin' meself that I'd miss it if it was a listings **** up
