I'm sure that they bquietly had an amnesty the other year where you could swap the names over , but didn't publicise it mutch so as not to piss off the non-ticket holders

I think if it's family then you can do it anytime.

First I've heard of that - my Dad would jump at the chance as he is on a dead man's ticket at the moment.

I thought they only did it once every few years?

If he's not related to the dead fella then he's gonna struggle anyway.

I heard a rumour that before we move to the new stadium they are gonna give everyone one last chance to sort themselves out, then new forms will be issued etc with ID required, etc etc. I know one fella who's already put his second ticket into his wife's name just to be sure. This rumour came from the TO but whether it happens or not will be another matter. The person telling me said they hoped they would be able to sort it this time because folk wouldn't want to lose out on getting in the new stadium.
