Have refused to give up their share of The Premier League, Whatever that is. Apparently they're refusing to give up their Premiership status until the courts sort out their legal wrangle between West Ham, Sheffield United and the premier league.

This one could rumble on for some time yet.

I hope not, UEFA/FIFA have made it clear that the Courts/Govt can not interfere with the League and their dealings. Sheff Utd will have to swallow this bitter pill and live with the decision by the EPL. Any appeal to the courts will be met with failiure.
