For me, i'd approach Martin O'Neil to do it part time.

Nigel Worthington got the job - No chance now in qualification imo or is he any good. Did or was he managing Leciester?

He was one of my favorites for the job. Competent manager. He was a good choice IMO.

He was a caretaker for Leicester, he was with Norwich for ages though.

Sir Healy is the most important aspect of the team of anyway.

I'm quite pleased. After the disaster that was Lawrie McMenemy I think its important we have a manager from Norn Iron who understands we are a small nation and we have to show passion and pride to make up for a lack of quality. Big Nigel is a good choice IMO - he did well at Norwich but isn't a big time name (I'd heard Hoddle and Keegan bandied about!!) which I think is a good thing as he'll know exactly what to expect from the fans etc and won't have unrealistic expectations about the facilities, administrative side of things etc that a big name used to a rich FA might have.
