I agree; Sunil Gulati must go. I also agree it is a white-"dude" culture and suffers for it. Would love to hear those stories sometime. More importantly, we have Liverpool to support! 
Gulati has been promoted over and over again because he is a nice guy and says all the right things, but he is simply not qualified to run a football association. he's an accountant and has no real experience in football.
the white dude culture is the thing that bothers me most about the team, and i'm a white dude. the national team is made up of the middle/upper class players who can afford to go to tournaments and join expensive traveling teams. thats what bothers me most about the youth setup, to play at the highest level you have to have money, and that's so wrong. it's a system that excludes so many people. the number of spoiled, whitebread, cake-eaters in the national team setup is pathetic
that's why i was so happy to hear about the Liverpool academies that are being planned, there's so much untapped talent it's unbelievable and it's wide open, so if we get in there first....
and i agree with you that at least we have Liverpool, Liverpool is all I need at the end of the day
