    Top 10 solo goals

    Top 10
Not sure which one my favourite one is, Weah's goal is up there, along with Abrahimovic's goal and obviously Maradonna's goal.
Suprised Macmanaman didnt get a look in.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

    * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

GIGGS, GIGGS, FFS, he beats about 2 people, closes his eyes and hits it, Owens against scotland when he was about 15 should be in there, he beats an entire team

My pick is Messi. What the ****ing hell is he doing in 4th behind Giggs and that other tosspot?
His goal was at least on a par with Maradonna's. I can almost accept Maradonna's being ranked higher but none of the others.

Why wasn't Owen vs Argentina in there? ****in ridiculous and I seem to remember Kinkladze beating the whole of the SCUM team once and that's not in there.

That was my pick too along with Ibrah's.

The fact that Giggs was up there says a Manc fan has compiled that list, and the fact that Maradonna's goal AGAINST England was number 1 and that Owen's against Argentina wasn't considered, would also suggest that the person is quite possibly Irish too. ****, it was Eamon Holmes top 10.

Did anyone see that game when a goalkeeper (possibly S.American), got the ball in his area, couldn't see a pass on, so ran the entire length of the pitch with the ball, went past 2 defenders and scored a 30 yard scorcher in the top corner? That one had to be worth a shout.
                        # Fernando Torres, Liverpool's number 9 #
