Cheers mate, but was hoping to watch it after the Copa America with a few beers. By that stage of the night, don't think my eyes would be capable of adjusting to a streamed quality link. I'm sure the listing is just a mistake on Sky's behalf though, doubt Eurosport would buy the rights to the competition and not show the final live.

How do you tire big mean defenders ? By constantly running at them. That's what the skillful Chilians did to Nigeria today.
In a good match dominated by Chile under the watchful eyes of us 47.500 fans the South Americans ran out winners 4-0 after extra time.
We watched 2 contrasting styles today. The small, fast, skilfull Chilians vs The big physical Nigerians.
I do not recall the Nigerians having a shot on target in them 90minutes and when they did it was a lame 30 yarder that did not trouble the keeper.
On the other hand, Chile tested the Nigerian keeper from the 2nd minute when he had to tip over a bullet of a shot from 25 yards out.
After Chile scored the Africans had a man sent off for bringing a striker who was through on goal down and With 10 men Nigeria could not cope so Chile took advantage and scored 2 breakaway goals to finish it off. Good game and glad to see a good team progress further.
In the second match that just ended Argentina beat Mexico 1-0 in a tight affair.
Aguero & Dos Santos were the star attraction but they only managed to shine in patches.
Mexico huffed & puffed but could not break the well organised Argies defence.
So Argentina v Chile on one side of the bracket and my prediction is a tight Argentina win. Expect a physical bordering dirty match from the two South American neighbours.
On the other side its Czech Rep v Austria in a game I am NOT looking forward to for the simple fact that them 2 teams are the most boring I have seen out of all 24 nations. Even Jordan & South Korea played more enterprising football than them two semi finalist. The Czech will probably win it 1-0.

Czech Rep reached the final by beating Austria 2-0 in a very predicted boring match.
Austria were so inept its a fooking tragedy they reached the semi finals. The Czechs were slightly better, took their chances well and could have scored more if it wasn't for the Austrian keeper. One of the best Czech players #12 Janka got a yellow for diving in the box which means he will miss the final, what a ponce.
Today is the biggie, Argies v Chile. Should be a dandy this one.

What do you get when 2 South American teams play each other ?

-Dirty tackles, shirt tugs, diving, cheating, game turning into shambles-FACT
-The ref falls for one teams antics thus the game becomes a farce - FACT
-Chile broke the record for not conceding a goal in the WC U20. Taffarel for BRAZIL held that record since 1995. FACT

Chile were a bit dirty but the Argies made matters worse with diving and making a hell of lot out of the treatment they got.
Argentina won 3-0 but Chile finished the game with 9 men after German ref decided to be the STAR of the game. He brandished around 8 yellows last I counted & 2 reds. The first one two playerss go into a tackle on the line, the Argies falls and attempts a kick at the Chilian players knee(ala Beckham in WC 98) but hardly connects, the Chilian in return kicks the ball into the blokes stomach. Funnily enough the Argies started grabbing his face(think Rivaldo vs Turkey in WC 2002) so the ref fell for it and sent the Chilian off. A bit harsh.
To say it ruined my enjoyment for the game is an understatement. Chiles best player Alexis Sanchez was out with a shoulder&back injury so their attacks were very limited, instead the onus was on Aguers et al to provide the entertainment but that only happened in patches.
First goal was a peach from Di Maria who hit a thunderous volley from the far left of the penalty area into the near post of the Chilian keeper who had no chance as the ball hit the post and nestled in. 1-0 just like that, 12 minutes in.
Maximiliano Moralez #17 whos about 5 foot nothin' was the star in this game. Always buzzing the lad was a joy to watch and managed to tap in the 3rd towards the end. Evidently he was the one who set up the 2nd with a nice run into the byline before crossing back for YACOB who slid in to make it 2-0.
Argentina go into the final without captain Cahais & Yacob. They are suspended for having too many yellows.
My prediction continues to be right, I said the winner of Mexico/Chile/Argentina will win the WC, I am close now.
The Argies will prove too strong for the Czechs in the final on Sunday.

A deserved win for Argentina today. Having gone 0-1 down they came back a minute later to level things thanks to Agueros Sixth goal of the tourney.
Five minutes from time Argentina played a quick short corner to Zarate who cut inside his man and shot low & hard to the keeper near post from just inside the box. The keeper couldn't make ground to save the ball, bit of inexperience. Good final and good goals.

3rd/4th place : A boring game with Chile beating Austria 1-0.

Top scorer : Aguero 6

Golden boot for best player : Ageuro
Silver boot for 2nd best player : Moralez(Argentina #17)
Bronze boot for 3rd best player : Dos Santos (Mexico)

Overall, good tournament to watch, the first of its kind footy wise in this part of the world.
Many players shone and proved that football is in healthy state for the next 10 years at least.
