This is tragic.
Was watching TV last night and during the adds, i felt a cold shiver go through me when they mentioned that a youngster had died whilst playing.

Absolutely gutted. YNWA.
This happened to one of my teammates approx 17 years ago. Running down the pitch, then laying on the pitch twitching. He was gone before the ambulance got there, and the hospital was only 3 blocks away. Extremely rare heart condition that no one knew about until it was too late.
This poor kid and his family. It really hits home that even though we all put so much of our lives and emotions into this sport, that's all it is in the end. A sport.
This brought back a lot of memories. Not really sure how to end this.
