New Liverpool signing Fernando Torres is confident he won't flop like fellow Spaniard Jose Reyes at Arsenal.

He said: "I know some people have reminded me that Jose Antonio Reyes found life hard at Arsenal, but he is from a totally different part of Spain. To me there is no reason why I can't adapt. I don't have a problem with the weather.

"Liverpool believe in a real work ethic and that suits me. You should always work hard for the guy next to you."
