Leed's fall from grace is a bit sad to be honest, i don't like to see any big club suffer.

I'd prefer them in the prem to the likes of Birmingham, Wigan etc.

To be honest I don't like any club to be in danger of being closed down and I like the league positions to be decided on the pitch rather than by administrators. I feel sorry for a lot of the supporters in the lower leagues where finance has become a big issue.

I'm sad for the fans who aren't mentalists at Leeds although they always seemed to have a large number of tossers a lot I met while living in York were sound. Still I think it is good that there is a club who have tried to spend far too much and ended up in trouble to serve as a lesson to others.

I quite like the fact that teams like Wigan have worked their way tothe top division with a local backer. Same to some degree with Brum, I just don't like their owners.

What a wonderful thread! I've hated Leeds ever since I lived there (as I have said on this site before). Could never stand the racist sh** they would throw at their own players, the casual violence etc etc. Well happy they're on a big downward spiral at the moment - long may it continue.

Yup he's on 80,000 a week since O'Leary was at the club at the height of Leeds spending power, thats why he never moved no where else would he get that kind of money so he sat of his contract which ended this summer.
