Rooney is as injury prone as most of the players that starts to play to many to games to early at the highest level. The body can't cope with that.

Owen and Fowler is two examples of that. Messi is another and Walcott has already had a bad injury.

Players under 20 should only play 20-25 games/season and not 40+ like they do now.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Just came in from Golf delighted Manure drew.

I hope Rooney is out for a few months and it will take TEvez a month to get match fit.

It was going to happen that one of the big 4 slip[ up, but it wasnt us

          @ injury "proon"

Anyway, I agree with your post. Burn out does happen, houllier warned of it with Owen and he was right.

So they've just spent over £30m on Nani and Anderson plus whatever amount for Tevez yet they're making ****ing excuses already... :whatever:

Like Tevez isn't experienced He has been playing pro football the last seven years and played in a world cup.

Tevez is probably the best centre forward in the world so they are not exactly short even that Tevez is short.

Maybe they should put in a bid for Huth.

I'm not having that, he's nowhere near the class of Henry.

He's a good player and will do great for Manure but not the best in the world now no way

He is better than Henry is now IMO but not as good as Henry was a few years ago.

Henry is the best centre forward I have seen and I doubt that I will ever see a better one.
