They don't have anyone who can a) retain the ball, or b) regain the ball.

If you can't do either of those you will lose.

Zakora, Jenas and Huddlestone, none of them are top 4 quality. Hope they get relegated TBH just for Jol's inability to identify a midfield that can compete.

That's what Jenas has always been about - the "stroller" as he's known. You're 3-1 down, need some spark, some graft, a nasty challenge, anything to lift the crowd.....you wont get that with stroller on the field.

Christ that's some player turnover. It really does smack a bit of a bring em in and hope they perform/meet the standards we want policy. A bit of a throw enough **** and hope some sticks kind of thing (the **** being good in this weird analogy!). Except here there's plenty of **** sticking, which for them isnt a good thing.

Out of the midfielders they are playing the most creative is Malbranque who is at best the level of Jermaine Pennant. That shows the gulf in class between Spurs and the top 4.
