      My cousin supports them and he is fuming at the Chav levels being increased.

      They used to have some really good team players there but now they've gone to ****.

      I think Dean Ashton is their best player by far.

        Fair play to egg head. He's giving the manager plenty of cash to spend. However, the problem is, Curbishly is not a good manager and clearly has no idea how to spend the cash. And to think he was linked with the Anfield hot seat after GH was sacked

          Unfortunately West Ham and Curbishley are not attractive propositions to class players. Its all well and good to pay big wages but the players need to be able to earn them.

          Manchester City are on the right track TBH. Sven is a good manager but he has continental knowledge of players and that allows him to pay similar wages/ sign on fees or less for players that are more likely to perform. Curbishley will struggle to attract any o/seas talent IMO and therefore have to pay top dollar for English talent (sic!).
