Cicinho is set to join Roma after the Italian club reached an agreement with Real Madrid on Wednesday.

Real confirmed the deal for the 27-year-old Brazilian full-back in a statement on their official website, which read: "Real Madrid announce that they have reached an agreement for the transfer of Cicero Joao de Cezare 'Cicinho' to AS Roma.

"The club wish to thank the player for his services and wish him the best of luck for the future."

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Already have Ramos and Salgado so no need for m=him, plus they have to get money back from the fortune they spent so far
