He earns £40k/week. Real have offered him £100k/week and Chelsea £80k/week.

I think you would care if the loyalty bonus and bonus fee is over £2m. That's what he earns in one year now.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

No offence AFII but you have spouted rubbish about the buy out clause and how it can only be activated by another Spanish club so may I ask how on earth do you now know this?

I'm no expert in these things but if he wants to leave why should he be entitled to a LOYALTY bonus? The fact that he refuses to hand in a transfer request just proves that his only interest is money and not ambition.

If you don't believe then I probably was the first one that told you about that Sevilla had upped the price to £24m when everyone talked about £20m. They have now upped the price even more as everyone knows. The £24m price was in the papers a few days later.

He want a move to a top club, I can't say that's lack of ambition. He want a move so he can win the CL and PL, that's ambition if you ask me.

He is interested in money. He has hardly made any secret of that but most players are greedy these days . Nothing wrong with that. You only have to accept that money rules football now.

If Del Nido (whatever his name is) said to Alves that he could go this summer for 18mil why did he not make his buy out clause 18 mil when he signed his new contract? You haven't answered me that AFII.

Again, this is getting repetitive now:

                      1. Want to move to a top club and better wages? Waive your current club's loyalty bonus as a gesture of good will and hand in a transfer request

                      2. If money rules football then chairmen are also entitled to try and get the best possible deal for their club, it's not just the players who should get the best deals.

Sorry, was a lot of questions to answer so I missed that one

Why should he need to put that in his contract if he trusts Del Nido? A verbal agreement should be enough and that is what he has got.

Alves should fire his agent, he has done a very bad job.

Because it's football and Sevilla clearly didn't want to sell him. You can say what you want about Del Nido but he clearly is doing what's best for his club.

                            1. I agree that he should do that but honour is a very important factor and if Alves believes that he has done nothing wrong then he won't do that.

                            2. Not if the President/Chairman has given a verbal agreement to a player. If you don't can trust him then who can you trust when you are discussing deals with the club?

You only want him fired so you can be his new agent

We will have to wait and see if he is doing the right thing. They already have problems to sign up top class players because the word is spreading how this deal has been handled by Del Nido and that can be very bad for the club long term.

Turning down £25m isn't doing a good job IMO. He could have taken the money and signed up two quality players and walked away looking like an excellent business man, now he is stuck with an unhappy player that may never play for them again.
