i said earlier that dyer would play about 10 games and be out for the rest of the season, looks like he didn't even last that long. i feel bad that he's in pain and facing all that rehab, but he's a terrible professional and has pissed his ability down the drain. people expect him to get injured because he doesn't take care of himself

To be fair to him though this isn't an injury due to Dyer not taking care of himself. If it was a torn hamstring or an injury like that I could see your point but not after an injury like this.

whatever mate he wasn't working his bones out enough, they were flabby and weakOriginally posted by kurtangle01 View PostTo be fair to him though this isn't an injury due to Dyer not taking care of himself. point taken, i know this particular injury doesn't have much to do with his personal habits, i just can't resist twisting the knife when it comes to chavvy spoiled players like dyer

It was a nothing challenge, and Curbs was blaming Jacobson (the Gas player) for it, it was plain to see it was a pure accident and he didn't perposely attempt to break Dyers leg. I hate the Gas but I thought Curbs was out of order in the interview after the game. Also funny how he knew nothing about Eggy trying to sign Adriano, he won't have a long career at West Ham thats a certainty!!

And to think he has a waste of money before he broke his leg. It's not exactly weakened West Ham though, and they won't be too worried about the money.
Curbishly is being a **** about it though:
It didn't look like a very bad tackle to me."The player has got to be disappointed with his tackle. As far as I could see, he lashed out after losing the ball."
But Curbishley added: "The players could see what happened and that's why they were so angry.Last edited by Kenneth; 29-08-07, 10:35 AM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

I don't think the guy knows how to play if he keeps and getting himself injured. He'd better be off in a circus and be rewarded for playing and moving in a careless manner.Originally posted by Ron_Mexico View Posti said earlier that dyer would play about 10 games and be out for the rest of the season, looks like he didn't even last that long. i feel bad that he's in pain and facing all that rehab, but he's a terrible professional and has pissed his ability down the drain. people expect him to get injured because he doesn't take care of himself

haven't seen the challenge but if i know curbishley i know he'll try to spin it to gain an advantage in some way. although i'm struggling to see what he will gain by blaming someone. he'll just end up looking a **** like he always doesOriginally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostWhere the **** does that **** Curbishley get off? Have you seen the tackle? Those sort of challenges occur dozens of times during a game. WTF is his problem?
Dyer was just very unlucky in this instance.
