To win in France with David Weir in your back four is some accomplishment.
Viera and Thuram had more caps between them that our whole squad

We'd certainly give you a better game than what we would have done in recent years but as a team we're still someway off the quality that England have. We can take alot of positives from where we are now though.Originally posted by red g View Postyep
When our group was drawn out of the hat I never once thought that we'd e in this position with 3 matches to go.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

I find it odd that those two stay where they are. I guess I can see that Fletcher feels he might never get the opportunity to win top honors if he left United but McFadden definitely has more to offer then he shows at Everton. He would probably get more starts at a lot of other clubs too and with Yakubu coming in his chances will be even more limited.Originally posted by SpeedyG View PostThanks man!
Mcfadden is a different player, when he plays for Scotland (Fletcher too).

As long as they do the business for us (i.e. Scotland), they can do whatever they want at club levelOriginally posted by dww View PostI find it odd that those two stay where they are.
