We have all the gear but no idea. Next round of internationals lampturd etc will all be back in and normal service will be resumed
Funnily enough one of my mates at work was saying the same today. Me and him reckoned that it's a shame that England have had such a succesion of poor managers because for near on 7 years now they've had an excellent squad. Imagine what someone like Rafa or Wenger or even Ferguson would have done with that England squad? Guys like McLaren just don't have the tactical nouse though. He's been way overpromoted though and it shows. It's not his fault because I'm sure the rest of us would take a job that almost doubled our yearly salary whether we thought we could do the job or not.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

Did you not notice that for the first 20 mins, that England played like LFC. The pressing all over the field and the full backs getting into the offence was pure Rafa!Originally posted by kurtangle01 View PostFunnily enough one of my mates at work was saying the same today. I would love it if Finland qualified so Sami got the chance to play in a EC or WC.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

England would've won a major tournament by now had Wenger or Rafa been in charge.
I still think Wenger's a realistic option to take the job at some point in the future.
There's no chance of Rafa ever being England boss but it's scary to think how good they'd be under our gaffer. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I'm just watching their highlights now. To be fair to them they are playing well. As others have said though does McLaren have the balls to keep this side or at least change Barry for Hargreaves at the most? I don't think he has and Lampard, despite being an extremely poor player imho, will be picked on hype alone in future matches.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

So it is him then. **** me. He started?? Alongside Weir?
It's amazing really. If you go through our team player by player we're complete alehouse, apart from Craig Gordon. Yet we're getting results.
It used to be the other way around, really talented players, but no team spirit or cohesion.
We're **** and we know we are but at least we have an honest group of lads who play for the shirt with no ego, unlike certain other countries with their overhyped "look at me I'm great" cunty players.I hate Polanski

McClown has to leave Lampard out now. The balance was so much better with Barry alongside SG. Barry's always been a good player but I was surprised by how good they looked as a pair.Originally posted by kurtangle01 View PostI'm just watching their highlights now.
