    UEFA are a joke, FACT

Soccer-Lithuania's Mikoliunas given two match ban for diving

ZURICH, Sept 20 (Reuters) - Lithuania midfielder Saulius Mikoliunas has been banned for two European Championship qualifying matches after diving to win a penalty during the 3-1 defeat away to Scotland on Sept 8.

UEFA's disciplinary body said on Thursday he had been found guilty of deceiving the referee and would miss the next two qualifiers away to France on Oct. 17 and at home to Ukraine on Nov. 17.

Another unknow player that gets a ban and the more high profile players gets away with it.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

High profiled players should be banned as well. One thing that frustrates a lot of football fans is the lack of consistancy from the football governing bodies. This retrospective action should be done all across the board no matter what level of football. It clamps down on cheats and we can have a better game.

That is why I said that UEFA are a joke. They can ban an unknown player for two games but when Ronaldo or Drogba dives then that is a part of the game.

Have Ronaldo or Drogba dived as obviously recently in a game where UEFA was the disciplinary body?

Or are you overreacting and rushing to judgment, my dear AFII?
              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

It was bad and nearly cost us points.

Surprised he has been punished like this though.

I would say that Ronaldo dives so often that he must have at some point in europe or playing for Portugal. However as Drogba plays for the Ivory Coast and UEFA wouldn't govern their internationals i dont think he would have had too much chance to be caught diving by UEFA.
