Ronaldinho gets Wales green light
Ronaldinho will start for Brazil when they take on Wales in Tuesday's friendly at White Hart Lane.
The Barcelona star sat out Sunday's 3-0 win over Argentina with a bruised thigh but new coach Dunga has confirmed Ronaldinho will be in the starting XI.
Wales manager John Toshack has called rising Under-21 star Gareth Bale into his squad for the match.
The Southampton left-back has linked up with the senior team that lost 2-1 in the Czech Republic on Saturday.
But Wrexham's Mark Jones, still waiting to win his first senior cap, has had to withdraw because of blisters.
There are also injury concerns over full-back Mark Delaney (knee) and wide-left midfielder Joe Ledley (toe infection).
Bale, 17, the Championship player of the month for August, was in action for Wales U21s in their goalless draw with Turkey U21s on Saturday, a result that ended their Uefa Championship hopes.
"We'll keep four or five Under-21 players in the senior squad and they'll all have a chance of playing for 25 or 30 minutes," Toshack said.
Andrew Crofts, Dave Cotterill and Joe Ledley were already in the squad, with both Cardiff's Ledley and new £2m Wigan recruit Cotterill coming on in the latter stages against the Czechs
All three should expect to get more game time against Brazil.
But after the disappointing loss to the Czechs in their Euro qualifying opener in Teplice, Wales' senior stars will also be looking to test themselves against the South American giants.
That should see Wales' attacking talents of Ryan Giggs and Craig Bellamy start for Toshack's side, as they look to put their Teplice blank behind them.
West Ham pair Danny Gabbidon and James Collins, alongside Derby youngster Lewin Nyatanga, impressed despite the loss to the Czechs.
They will now test their mettle against a Brazil side containing Fifa World Player of the Year Ronaldinho, Kaka, Robinho and Gilberto.
"Ronaldinho was disappointed not to be able to feature in the match against Argentina, but I am pleased to announce he is now fit and will play in the match against Wales," Dunga said.
"The Brazil football team has come to London - one of the footballing capitals of the world - to play great football, and Ronaldinho wants to be a part of that and will start."
Brazil beat Argentina in front of a sell-out 60,000 fans at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium. There are still some tickets available for Wales' game with Brazil.
The next Euro 2008 games for Wales are the double-headed Millennium Stadium fixtures against Slovakia (7 October) and Cyprus (11 October).
