That was Paddy Berger that injured his knee in that game. He went over in agony and Viduka carried on past him to make it 4-3.

It's coming back to me. We were 2-0 up and crusing then Ziege made a ghastly error to let them back in it. Smicer made it 3-2 to us, Gerrard came off the bench I seem to remember then that spawny fat cu nt won the game. Did Heskey also miss a sitter at 2-1?

Despite what we thought at the time - It looks like a good bit of business in selling him - Since retruning to England he has hardly played - Start of a downward spiral ?
I make no apologies, this is me

            Quite right there mate

We weren't to know how bad things would turn out... sort of glad we didn't re-sign him when you see this happen.

One thing after another for the lad

There's bound to be a youtube compilation of Owen's finest injuries: Owen twisting knee, Owen grabbing hamstring, Owen shaking head and looking at bench...

April 12th 1999 was the first time he did it apparently. From the independent (just after his World Cup injury last year, so there's obviously a few more to add to this list)

Case notes: The injuries that have brought Owen low

Michael Owen's injury against Sweden is just one in a long line of injuries that he has sustained over the years.

                      12 April 1999

Ruptured a hamstring against Leeds. Out for three months. Owen claims that this injury was the one that set off all the other hamstring injuries.

                      6 October 2001 and 11 October 2003

Recurrence of the hamstring injury during World Cup qualifiers against Greece and Turkey.

                      15 October 2001

Gets a knee to the head from Christian Dailly and misses three matches.

                      15 June 2002

Tweaks the same hamstring against Denmark and plays through the pain barrier against Brazil.

                      17 October 2005

Again hamstring injury forces Owen to miss two Premier League games.

                      31 December 2005

Nasty collision with Paul Robinson breaks a metatarsal bone in his foot. Underwent surgery to have a pin placed in the bone, but the healing process does not go to plan and undergoes a second operation. Finally returns on 29 April albeit limps off at the end of the match

Unfortunately none of this helps you find the video you were looking for.

Glad I could be of so little use.
What have I learned, Mr Mackay? Three things. One - bide your time. Two - keep your nose clean. And three - don't let the *******s grind you down

We haven't had a consistent scorer since. I'm not so sure.

The knee to the back of his head against Derby was pretty nasty as well.
