He is very quick, skillful, has great game intelligence, great passer, works very hard and is a good finisher.

He may not be big enough to cope in the PL, that is the only problem as I see it.

He is the top scorer in La Liga this season.

I think it would be very hard to accomodate the two of them centrally, someone like Mascherano or Alonso would compliment Kaka better IMO.
