hmm yes, have heard good things about Fred, he seemed to struggle a bit when he first came to lyon, was loaned back to brazil and seemed to force his way back into the national team.

Dirk's record at Feyenoord 122 games 83 goalsOriginally posted by andyinswinton View PostSign him up!
Thats more than Kuyt will get in the season.
It's a different league, I doubt Alves would make it here from what I have seen of him."The definition of insanity is not running into the same wall again and again; it's expecting a different result every time you do it."

all his goals 34 in 31 games i believe, amazing free kicks and cracking finishing, great video i also have it in better quality if anyone is interested...
poor video but all his 7 goals from that game...

The dutch league may not be any good but he has still scored more than a goal a game.
That is very impressive.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

you can only beat what's put infront of you. But it is interesting that no one took the plunge to sign him in the summer.

He reminds me of our very own Sanders Westerfeldt, by **** he used to give the ball a fookin good "stare" as it flew passed him.Originally posted by Red Chilli View PostWhat the **** was that keeper doing? He needs investigating for match fixing. That was embarrassing.

If I remember rightly it was only Boro that actually showed any concrete interest. Part of the reason though was the fee they wanted which would have put most teams off as he does represent somewhat of a gamble.Originally posted by Parm View Postyou can only beat what's put infront of you. On to keep an eye on though defnitely, but he doesnt seem a Rafa type player.

actually Sky Sports news just showed his goals. Apparently his club wanted 13mill for the guy and no one bit at that price so he went off on strike. This game was only his second of the season!
