In the Bentley case, he was boo'ed for pulling out of an U-21 game. Odd i know.

Crouch, Lampard and Neville all spring to mind about being booed.
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

What good did it do though? It hardly instills pride and determination in the players, does it?

All it serves to do is make, alot, of England fans look like ****s. It's ******s like that who give the majority a bad name.

For the record I want to see England qualify and will no doubt watch their matches with interest and hope that the players do well. I would rather be supporting Scotland at the tournament but that wasn't to be.

I haven't. Yeah there are some people who are on the wind-up, but all I've done is point out to the people banging on about ref's decisions that it works both ways!

****ing hell, England moaned after Portugal games (twice) and after an Argentina game about so called dodgy decisions. I didn't and wouldn't expect any other fan of any nation not to question our bias.

Put me on ignore, its not my loss.
The people I am talking about are the DJS, Red chilli, Operation and some others who before the game and during the match thread were trying to wind people up.

But Crouch wasn't fashionable you see. He definitely deserved to be booed.

I want England to qualify as well. Sometimes I think English are paraniod about it.

Jesus, do you know the meaning of friendly banter?

I've never known such a paranoid self-defeating ****ing cry baby.

Its only a successful wind up if the bait is taken...

It was a few years after that match but he never really, in terms of his international career, got over that miss.
