Sounds like Whelan is hoping that ferguson is right in saying that Bruce and Hughes are two of the best up and coming managers in the game. Funnily enough I agree about one of them, I just think Whelan went for the wrong one...

I agree with that.
Bruce has always struck me as average at best.
Swapping one relegation battle for another doesn't seem the best of ideas but given the political situation at Birmingham it looks like he jumped before he was pushed.A humble guy with healthy desire.Comment
